Working with fibre-reinforced high-performance composite materials represents a relatively new technology. Why not call on our Prototyping department for support in implementing your specific ideas?
Our prototyping centre is equipped with a large number of plants that are available specifically for material and component development activities.

Thanks to the fully automatic high-speed forming machine, all forming techniques can be applied in near-series conditions. The plant, which includes an IR zone, an automatic conveyor mechanism and a press, is designed for mouldings measuring up to 800 mm x 800 mm.

The pneumatically driven diaphragm forming plant is particularly suitable for producing geometrically simpler parts. Components measuring up to 250 mm x 100 mm can be produced very economically here.

Our heated-plate press is basically used for the development and optimisation of new, tailormade materials. Sheets measuring up to 350 mm x 350 mm can be produced on it. Thanks to our specialist expertise, the findings thus obtained can be applied to our continuously operating laminating process. We of course also have facilities for finishing, as well as an extensive range of measuring and testing equipment. .
